His role of CEO involved a significant amount of global business travel. Frank is a seasoned veteran in the financial and travel industry with a stellar track record in building the American Express franchise in Canada. Beginning in the 1980s, Frank started the corporate services division of American Express in Eastern Canada and grew it to a multi-billion dollar business. More recently, he managed the travel multinational group responsible for the largest travel accounts of American Express in Canada. Then he used his considerable expertise as a consultant to help corporations with their sales strategies and business development. Frank is a renowned leader in sales and relationship management and excels in the art of maximizing sales, customer retention, and employee motivation.

Don Yamkowy, a former telecom executive, with 30 years in Northern Canada. Don has a 25 years of travel experience with previous ownership of American Express/Key West Travel Ltd, a partnership with the Tli Cho First Nations in the Northwest Territories. Don has a an extensive background in various retail businesses such as Canadian Diamonds, and Wireless Cell phones. Don has a background in aboriginal partnerships, and Community business services.
